From the very beginning of my career as a 1:1 SEN GTA at Pannal Primary School, I felt welcomed and valued.
The Trust has enabled me to be ambitious over the years by setting high expectations and providing the necessary support to achieve them. Pannal always provides a safe space for honest interaction, where open discussions about aspirations and challenges are encouraged. Because of this, I felt confident enough to apply for my current position as Senior SEN Advanced TA.
