CPR at Skipton Parish

Last week Year 3 and 4 at Skipton Parish have taken part in a CPR - A - THON to raise funds for Airedale Hospital and Community Charity. The charity has set a target to raise £3000 this year for the children's room in Accident and Emergency.

Led by a team from Airedale, the children learned the important life skill of administering CPR followed by the CPR - A - THON challenge. 

Together, the children raised just under £1000 - almost one third of the target.  

Well done to the pupils for their compassion in wanting to raise so much money for this worthwhile cause.
