All Staff Trust Conference - Life Chances for Children

All Staff Trust Conference - Life Chances for Children

Bringing together colleagues from across our Trust, the All Staff Conference 2026 was a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect and reflect on our shared commitment to improving life chances for children.

The day centred on the theme of Life Chances for Children, featuring an inspiring keynote on how we can support boys to thrive, alongside a wide range of breakout sessions tailored to colleagues in every role across the Trust, from administrative teams and support staff to senior leaders and Headteachers.

Following lunch, the focus shifted to wellbeing, with colleagues able to choose from a variety of sessions including The Power of Rest, West African Drumming, Pilates, Irish Dancing and Gardening. These sessions provided valuable opportunities to step away from day-to-day responsibilities, prioritise wellbeing and experience something different, while spending time with colleagues from across our schools and central teams.

Attendees also had access to on-site health checks and a range of exhibitors, making the conference a truly holistic experience that combined professional development, collaboration and wellbeing.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all our presenters, workshop leaders, exhibitors and organisers who contributed to such a successful event. Most importantly, thank you to every member of staff who attended and helped make the day such a positive celebration of learning, connection and our collective mission.

Together, we continue to make a difference to the lives of children and young people across our Trust.
