All Saints Primary School Celebrates Prem Aware Accreditation

All Saints Primary School, Kirkby Overblow, is proud to announce that it has been officially accredited as a Prem Aware School, marking a significant achievement for the entire school community.

This milestone comes almost exactly three years after North Rigton Primary School became the first within the Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust to receive the same recognition, making All Saints the second school in the Trust to achieve Prem Aware status.

A Prem Aware School is recognised for its ability to understand, identify, and support the unique needs of children born prematurely, ensuring that every pupil has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.

Headteacher Sophia Gardiner expressed her pride in the school’s accomplishment:

“We are all incredibly proud that All Saints has been accredited as a Prem Aware School — the second within the Yorkshire Causeway Schools Trust, following in North Rigton’s footsteps. This is a huge milestone for the school and demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity, as well as ensuring we have the tools to support all families who may have been impacted.”

The accreditation highlights All Saints Primary School’s ongoing commitment to inclusive practices and its dedication to supporting the wellbeing and development of every child and family within its community.

All Saints Primary School extends its thanks to staff, pupils, and families who have contributed to this achievement.
