Celebrating Christmas with Staff Panto
Richard Taylor Primary School marked Christmas in spectacular style with its first-ever Staff Pantomime, and what a show it was! Written and directed by the talented Year 4/5 teacher, Mr. Cawte, this festive extravaganza delivered laughter, surprises, and plenty of Christmas magic.
The production with a Bond style murder mystery theme, titled 'Ho!Ho!7: From the North Pole With Love', opened with a dazzling performance by Helen Mills, setting the tone for an evening of fun and entertainment. Over three sell-out performances last week, audiences were treated to a star-studded lineup of staff members, including memorable appearances from Mr. Symonds, Mrs. Crisell, as Father Christmas and Mrs. Claus themselves!
The stage came alive with a cast of colorful characters: mischievous baddies, heroic goodies, cheeky elves, a talking Christmas tree, Frosty the Snowman with his nervous penguin sidekick, Action Man, and of course, Rudolph leading the festive cheer. The show was packed with jokes, music, and plenty of surprises, making it an unforgettable experience for everyone who attended.
This incredible effort showcased the creativity and community spirit of the Richard Taylor staff, leaving audiences smiling from start to finish. A huge congratulations to Mr. Cawte and the entire team for bringing so much joy to the school this Christmas all while raising funds for school!
